About: 5minutes is a Digital First omnichannel consumer startup which specializes in unique products that bring the goodness of fresh bakes AND vinegared exotic vegetables combined with all the essential sauces and seasonings in mouthwatering recipes. CTC: 3 - 4.2 LPA (Performance-Based) Experience: 1-3 years Location: Onsite Core Responsibilities: Lead Business Development & Brand Activation Own and execute all BTL marketing initiatives, ensuring strong market penetration through society activations, door-to-door sales, and retail outreach. Team Leadership & Expansion Recruit, train, and manage a team of BTL Brand Activation Officers and Interns, with a focus on scaling and improving on-ground execution. Society Door-to-Door Sales & Activation Drive structured door-to-door sales campaigns in residential societies, building relationships with RWA members and leveraging word-of-mouth marketing within communities. Retailer Sales & Distribution Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with local retailers to expand product availability and visibility in target areas. Vendor Partnerships for Sales Enablement Form and nurture partnerships with regular society service providers like newspaper vendors, milkmen, and delivery agents to amplify reach and drive consistent sales. Performance Monitoring & Campaign Optimization Track team KPIs, measure campaign outcomes, and refine strategies for maximum impact and ROI.
