STS-SM-1 Posted 10 days ago Coimbatore Position: Branding Strategist Job Type: Fulltime Location: Coimbatore Key Responsibilities: Lead the creation, development, and implementation of end-to-end brand strategies across all platforms. Define brand architecture, messaging, and visual identity in line with company objectives. Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to inform brand direction. Oversee and execute integrated marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. Collaborate with design, content, digital, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand experiences across all touchpoints. Develop and maintain brand guidelines; ensure brand consistency across internal and external communications. Spearhead rebranding initiatives and manage brand transitions during product launches or organizational changes. Track, measure, and report on brand performance metrics; optimize strategies based on data and trends. Manage agency and vendor relationships for creative, advertising, and research services. Mentor junior brand strategists and marketing team members to build a strong, brand-focused culture. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or a related field. 4 -5 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing strategy, or related roles. Proven track record of building and scaling successful brand strategies across digital and traditional channels. Strong knowledge of branding principles, market research, consumer psychology, and storytelling techniques. Experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and brand positioning in competitive markets. Proficiency in branding and marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, HubSpot, Google Analytics). Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to think both creatively and analytically; highly organized and results-driven. Experience working in fast-paced environments, especially in tech, product-based, or B2B sectors is an advantage.
