Job Title: Field Sales Executive Health Insurance Plans Location: Bangalore ( Bannerghatta Road, Bommanhalli, JP Nagar, Banashankari, Nagarbhavi, Kamanhalli, Peenya, Koramangala, Kaggadaspura, Srirampura (Malleshwaram) Akshay Nagar, Whitefield) Positions Open: 25 Role Summary: We are seeking highly motivated Field Sales Executives to join our growing team to promote and sell Health Insurance Plans to both Retail (B2C) and Small & Medium Business (SMB/B2B) customers. The role offers structured training and a clear path for growth in a high-demand industry. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through field activity, referrals, and local networking. Sales Execution: Pitch, promote, and close sales of health insurance products to individual and SMB customers. Territory Management: Operate within an assigned geographic area post-training. Target Achievement: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets. Customer Engagement: Educate prospects on product offerings and ensure excellent after-sales service. Training & Development: 3-Day Classroom Training: Comprehensive learning on products, compliance, and sales techniques. 7-Day On-the-Job Training: Hands-on experience in the field, working alongside experienced mentors. Candidate Requirements: Experience: Minimum 1 year of field sales experience in Insurance, Banking, or NBFC sectors. Language: Fluency in Kannada is mandatory. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills. Age: Must be below 40 years. Mobility: Should own a two-wheeler for local travel within 34 km of assigned area.
