Role Overview We are looking for a smart, driven, and execution-focused Branding & Communications Manager to support and grow Drip Capitals global brand presence. You will work across content creation, PR, and program management, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies to bring our brand narrative to lifeparticularly for the US market. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for brand-building, and hands-on experience in executing high-impact campaigns across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities Brand Execution: Ensure consistent application of Drips visual and verbal brand identity across all communication touchpoints. Content Creation: Develop high-quality content for marketing, sales enablement, leadership communication, and external campaignsincluding decks, collateral, website copy, and social media. Program Management: Lead and coordinate brand-related projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic goals. PR & Agency Management: Work with global PR and branding agencies to plan and execute media strategies, content initiatives, and campaign deliverables. Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with cross-functional teamsmarketing, sales, leadershipto support brand-led initiatives and go-to-market efforts. US Market Focus: Tailor content and campaigns for a US audience, ensuring cultural relevance and clarity of message. Ideal Candidate 34 years of relevant experience in branding, content, communications, or program management. Strong communication skillsboth written and verbalwith a flair for storytelling and content strategy. Experience working with PR and branding agencies, as well as freelance content creators and designers. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with US market communications, messaging tone, and branding standards. US education background preferred; strong understanding of cross-cultural communication. A self-starter who is hungry to learn, take ownership, and drive impactful results.
