We are looking for a passionate and dynamic experienced HR Professional to join our team at Manipal Hospitals! Role: Branding & Communication Location: Bangalore What You'll Do: - To be a Brand custodian along with unit SPOC for all their units - Creative request and timely deliver adhering to Brand guidelines - Campaign Creation and execution for all Major and minor campaigns - Handholding units to maintain Brand consistency - Community platform maintenance and regular enrollment - Creating Brand repositories for Brand loyalists/trend stories/Doctor led stories - Technology led promotion - USPS of each unit related to Infrastructure/clinical talent/ Specialty insights / Story repositories on method to Miracle - Hand holding the unit SPOCs for collateral requests (6 units to be assigned) - Liaising with agency for developing collaterals - Coordination with Media group for Major campaigns - Coordination with agencies for Campaign promotion - Coordination with unit SPOCs for campaign promotion - Interacting with operations SPOCs/Clinical heads for happy customer identification - Media research for campaign insights What We Are Looking For: - Any Graduate + MBA in Marketing - Minimum of 3 years of experience in the role of Branding & Communication - Strong communication skills, both oral and written What We Offer: - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunities for professional development and career growth - A collaborative and inclusive work environment How to Apply: Ready to make your mark with us Apply now by sending your resume to deepika.banerjee@manipalhospitals.com.
