Remote working. Role Overview Were looking for a strategic and creative Brand Solutions Lead to drive compelling brand narratives, integrated campaigns, and long-term client relationships. This role demands an individual who blends data-driven insights with innovative thinking to craft impactful brand solutions across digital and offline channels. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Pitches Collaborate on new business pitches, proposals, and strategic decks Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell within existing accounts Stay informed on industry trends and digital innovation to guide client strategies Team Collaboration & Mentorship Mentor junior brand strategists and account managers Champion knowledge sharing across departments Foster collaboration for cohesive brand delivery Strategic Brand Planning Develop holistic brand strategies spanning digital and offline platforms Convert briefs into actionable insights and campaign blueprints Build brand narratives, campaign roadmaps, and content frameworks aligned with business objectives Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary strategic contact for key accounts Cultivate strong, trust-based client relationships Ensure ongoing alignment across internal and external stakeholders Integrated Campaign Ideation Partner with creative, content, and performance teams for end-to-end campaign planning Oversee ideation, pitching, execution, and reporting of integrated campaigns Align all efforts with client goals, budgets, and timelines Requirements 4-6 years of experience in brand strategy, digital marketing, or account planning (agency or brand side) Demonstrated ability to lead strategic discussions and deliver insight-driven solutions Strong grasp of digital marketing including social, performance, content, influencer, and creative ecosystems Proven success in executing integrated campaigns with measurable results Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Comfortable managing multiple brands in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Keynote/PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and project/task management tools Application Process We are hiring immediately!
