As a Marketing Specialist at our company, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute effective marketing plans. You will be tasked with conducting thorough competitor analyses and market research to identify customer trends and preferences. With this information, you will set clear goals and objectives to engage our target audience through various marketing channels, both digital and traditional. Building and nurturing relationships with new and existing customers will be a key aspect of your role. This will involve proactive prospecting and networking activities to enhance brand awareness and promote our products/services effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating marketing materials for our website and other platforms to engage our audience. Collaborating with the marketing team, you will leverage your expertise in optimization, advertising, social media, direct marketing, and event planning to support various marketing initiatives. You will also assist in analyzing marketing data, such as campaign performance, conversion rates, and online traffic, to optimize future strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness. In addition to your core responsibilities, you will be expected to undertake other duties as necessary to support the overall marketing objectives of the company.
