Job Description We are looking for a passionate and creative Brand Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will assist in developing and executing marketing initiatives, brand campaigns, and digital strategies that build brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Support the development and execution of brand marketing strategies and campaigns across digital and offline channels. Assist in content creation for social media, website, emailers, and marketing collaterals, ensuring brand consistency. Collaborate with internal teams, designers, and agencies to deliver brand assets and campaign materials on time. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, brand visibility, and competitor activities. Manage social media calendars, content scheduling, and community engagement. Conduct market research and audience insights to help shape marketing strategies. Assist in organizing brand events, activations, influencer collaborations, and product launches. Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging platforms relevant to the brand. Requirements: 1+ year of experience in brand marketing and digital marketing. Strong understanding of branding principles, digital marketing tools, and content trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling ability. Proficiency in using social media platforms and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.) Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator) is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. . Education: Bachelor/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.,
