They should have experience in integrated marketing communications, media planning, campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination. A creative mindset, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders are essential. Key Responsibilities: Act as the brand custodian for specific residential projects, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. Manage end-to-end launch timelines including marketing collateral, media planning, and campaign execution. Plan and execute ATL & BTL marketing initiatives including print, outdoor, radio, events, activations, and exhibitions. Oversee development, printing, and inventory management of marketing collaterals. Collaborate with creative, media, and digital agencies to deliver impactful brand campaigns. Coordinate post-sales communication to enhance customer experience and reinforce brand promise. Conduct customer research (qualitative and quantitative) to gain insights on brand triggers and barriers. Guide social media and digital teams on residential marketing strategy and creative direction. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate for timely, cost-effective execution of marketing deliverables. Benchmark competitor activities and marketing best practices to drive innovation.
