The role of Custodian of the brand through its lifecycle within the Premium Marketing - TVS Racing, RR310, Apache department involves ensuring that the long-term brand development is not compromised by short-term business needs. It is crucial to maintain a consumer-centric, profitable, and differentiated portfolio of brands. This position requires leading a dynamic team of highly motivated individuals dedicated to delivering customer delight. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve Market share targets for the assigned brands - Manage brand life cycles and strategize product and brand interventions to meet desired objectives - Develop and implement pricing strategies, achieve revenue targets, and mitigate risks for the brands - Monitor brand health and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement - Track brand expenditures and assess their effectiveness - Create and execute an effective communication strategy to establish the brand voice - Provide leadership and guidance to Brand Managers (BM) and Assistant Brand Managers (ABM) to achieve brand objectives - Collaborate closely with various departments such as New Product Development (NPD), design, quality, and Market Research (MR) to incorporate feedback and ensure alignment with customer needs Functional Competencies Required: - Profound Product & Engineering Knowledge - Expertise in Business Management (Sales, Finance & Marketing) - Sound grasp of Business Statistics This role demands a strategic mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively across different functions to drive brand success and customer satisfaction.,
