Job Description
Role Overview: We are looking for a self-driven and curious UI/UX Designer who is passionate about holistic brand design. This role extends beyond traditional UI/UX workit involves shaping Sanctorys brand identity across digital and physical platforms. You will work on our website, digital experiences, and collaborate with design agencies engaged to develop our store design, packaging, and staff attire. Key Responsibilities: Design and enhance Sanctorys website and digital experiences to reflect our brands philosophy. Develop a cohesive visual identity across all digital touchpoints, ensuring consistency. Collaborate with external design consultancies on store interiors, packaging, and uniforms. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for web and mobile platforms. Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and improve the customer experience. Work closely with marketing and brand teams to align design with business goals. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing web and brand identity work. Strong understanding of design systems, typography, colour theory, and digital branding. Experience working with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools. Ability to collaborate with external consultants and internal teams. Passion for working on multiple aspects of design beyond just digital platforms. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred: Experience in designing for high-end or boutique retail brands. Understanding of packaging and store design principles. A keen eye for craftsmanship and authenticity in design.,
