Key Responsibilities Design and implement a structured Training Needs Analysis (TNAS) for resorts. Collaborate with Resort Corporate and Managers/Department Heads to identify and address training requirements. Create and implement Training and Assessment evaluation methodologies. Coordinate with various departments to maintain a robust Departmental Training Champion system. Monitor and maintain metrics contributing to the success of the Training & Development function. Assist in conducting Assessment Centers and Development Centers. Skills Required: Experience in Planning & forecasting Organizational Training Needs. Strong communication skills (Written & Oral).
