Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Service Manager to oversee the servicing operations of Domestic and Commercial Heat Pumps and Solar Water Heaters across the West Zone. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and excellent problem-solving skills to ensure high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and efficient team management. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee servicing activities for Domestic and Commercial Heat Pumps and Solar Water Heaters. Monitor daily ageing calls and manage customer and dealer complaints, including critical escalations. Provide guidance and training to Branch Service Teams, ASP staff, and channel partners on installations, troubleshooting, and product servicing. Plan and manage spare parts inventory and Minimum Stock Levels (MSL) for ASPs. Coordinate with NPIC-CS, Product Development, and Factory teams on defect resolution, product improvements, and market-driven developments. Support Branch Service Teams in conducting market surveys in collaboration with Marketing. Visit customer sites for troubleshooting and resolving critical complaints across the West Zone. Implement strategies to enhance service quality and sales support. Prepare MIS reports for key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure close monitoring. Ensure compliance with operational procedures by service team members. Ensure ASPs are equipped with the necessary tools and consumables for effective servicing. Qualifications: Diploma / BE in Electrical engineering. Experience in handling Electronics, Pumps, Motors, Fan & appliances products service field.,
