Training and Development and up keep of the branch
  Responsibilities: Ensuring monthly, yearly targets are met by the branch.
Monitoring the daily visits by team and ensuring updating the same in the app. Meeting overall KPI(Targets)
Branch Administration
Training, coaching and monitoring team performance. Organizing business promotion campaign and participate in Marketing activities.
Ensuring conversion of leads generated and disbursement of file in line with the credit policy
overall policy and process implementation and monitoring
Maintain relationships with the existing customer and develop network.
  KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:-
Understanding the Home Loan market, Knowledge about regulatory aspect of home loan.
Basic knowledge of MS Office
