You will lead, train, and motivate branch staff to achieve individual and team objectives, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving queries and complaints promptly. Monitoring inventory levels, maintaining proper records of branch activities, and executing promotional activities to increase footfall and sales are also key aspects of the role. Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and company standards, as well as coordinating with the Head Office and other branches for smooth operations, are important duties.
