Job Title: Branch Manager - Sales Development (Female Candidates preferred) Location: Perinthalmanna Experience: Minimum 3 years in Sales or 1 year as Tele sales Team Lead (mandatory) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager - Sales Development to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and achieving sales targets. Your primary focus will be on expanding our customer base, increasing revenue, and building strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve branch sales targets and expand customer base. - Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets. - Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to ensure team growth and development. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive business growth. - Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and resolve customer complaints. - Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. - Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and sales reports. Requirements: - Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and achieve targets. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Preferred: - MBA or equivalent degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field. - Experience in managing a team of sales professionals. - Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.
