Job Description : Branch Manager Financial planning and Budgeting Monthly and annual MIS. Determining budgets. Monitoring and approval of bills. Vendor management. Strategic Skills Business retention New Business development / addition of new client Explore and expand new business opportunities from existing client base or networks. Driving growth & profitability. Monitor competitive activity Lead and mentor existing team for next level. Operations Annual, quarterly and monthly business planning. Customer retention : Manage to retain the existing customers over a specific period. Overall responsible for ensuring safe operation, customer satisfaction, profitability of the division. Manage operations in terms of cost management and resource utilization. Overall implementation of HSSE management system. To make the staff aware about the management system. Daily Monitoring of Truck daily status/ TT Status, and consolidated reporting for our Higher Management for SIMPL Fleet Utilization report. Monitoring of Work shop activity for to completion of work in time frame. Monitoring of Driver and Vehicle compliance Monitoring of Trucks TAT. Support to improve Pre loading Checks. Monitoring documents if any get renew. Ensuring Enroute Surprise Checks. At Least One Loading Location Visit. Visiting Work Shop to continue good relation & monitor the quality repair Conducting HSSE Committee meeting with SIMPL concerns Cross checking of Haulier Monthly Reports before circulating to customer. Follow Ups to complete HSSE Planned activity as per our RT HSSE Calendar. Completion of monthly HSSE Activities Checking Documents validation RTO/other any from Legal document records.
