Job Description
You will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects, which include distribution operations, administration, and sales within the branch. Your primary goal will be to assess local market conditions to identify both current and potential sales opportunities in order to achieve the sales targets set for the branch. Meeting set goals and metrics will be crucial in this role. Additionally, you will be expected to lead and motivate branch personnel through training, coaching, and development efforts. Networking to enhance the branch's presence and the overall reputation of the company will also be a key part of your responsibilities. To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in any field and a minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Manager in the Aesthetic or Clinical Industry. A solid understanding of Aesthetic concepts, sales strategies, market analysis, and related concepts is required. Strong communication, negotiation, managerial, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role. Ideally, you should have previous experience in Beauty or Clinic management. This is a full-time position with a schedule that may include day shifts and rotational shifts. The ability to commute to or relocate to Kambam, Tamil Nadu is necessary for this role.
