Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Ludhiana India. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure the branch meets its financial and service goals. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with company policies and immigration laws. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for training and mentoring staff, handling escalated client issues, and maintaining detailed records. Qualifications Management, Leadership, and Team Supervision skills Experience in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Sales Customer Service and Client Relationship Management skills Knowledge of Immigration Laws and Higher Education policies Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field Experience in the immigration or education consultancy industry is a plus,
