Team Member - Branch Facilities - CREM-SUPPORT SERVICES-Corporate Real Estate Management(CREM)

  • Create and maintain a workplace environment that maximize efficiency and productivity for employees
  • Implement best practices in facilities management to optimize space utilization and work flow

  • Ensure that the workplace adhere to all health ,safety and environment regulations
  • Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards
  • Oversee the facilities security systems , including surveillance cameras ,access control, and alarm systems 
  • Oversee the maintenance and up keep of all facility systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry ,Civil and Interiors )
  • Co-Ordinate routine preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
  • Ensure facilities are clean , Safe, and operational at all times
  • Manage and track facility related work orders and maintenance requests
  • Manage relationships with external contractors and service providers
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with service level agreements
  • Evaluate vendor performance and handle issue resolution
  • Develop and manage the facility maintenance budget 
  • Track expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings improvements
  • Ensure efficient use of resources and compliance and eco-friendly initiatives
  • Communicate facility related updates, issues and improvement to management and other stake holders
  • Prepare and present regular reports on facility performance ,maintenance issues and budget tracking
  • Negotiation skills with vendors to get the best prices of the required items
  • Required knowledge about the lease renewals, termination and escalation related matters
