Team Member - Branch Facilities - CREM-SUPPORT SERVICES-Corporate Real Estate Management(CREM)

- Create and maintain a workplace environment that maximize efficiency and productivity for employees
- Implement best practices in facilities management to optimize space utilization and work flow
- Foster a positive workplace experience that supports employee wellbeing and engagement
- Ensure that the workplace adhere to all health ,safety and environment regulations
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards
- Oversee the facilities security systems , including surveillance cameras ,access control, and alarm systems
- Oversee the maintenance and up keep of all facility systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry ,Civil and Interiors )
- Co-Ordinate routine preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
- Ensure facilities are clean , Safe, and operational at all times
- Manage and track facility related work orders and maintenance requests
- Manage relationships with external contractors and service providers
- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with service level agreements
- Evaluate vendor performance and handle issue resolution
- Develop and manage the facility maintenance budget
- Track expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings improvements
- Ensure efficient use of resources and compliance and eco-friendly initiatives
- Communicate facility related updates, issues and improvement to management and other stake holders
- Prepare and present regular reports on facility performance ,maintenance issues and budget tracking
- Negotiation skills with vendors to get the best prices of the required items
- Required knowledge about the lease renewals, termination and escalation related matters
