Job Description
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to Telugu-speaking clients as a BPO Telugu Caller at our client - vastranand private limited. Your main duties will include handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound calls in Telugu efficiently. - Communicate effectively with Telugu-speaking customers. - Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. - Provide accurate information about products or services. - Document all call information following standard operating procedures. - Utilize communication scripts when dealing with different topics. - Identify and escalate priority issues as necessary. - Route calls to appropriate resources. - Stay updated on product knowledge and company information. - Meet quality and productivity goals consistently. - Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner. - Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers. - Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational objectives. - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance. - Foster a positive team environment through active participation. Required Qualifications - Fluency in spoken and written Telugu. - Previous experience in a BPO/call center role. - Excellent communication skills in Telugu and English. - Strong customer service orientation. - Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanor. - Proficient problem-solving skills. - Basic computer proficiency. - Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus. - Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding performance metrics. - Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. - Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and grow professionally. - Team player with a strong work ethic. - Adaptability and openness to embrace change.
