Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused BPO Telecaller to handle outbound and/or inbound calls in a professional manner. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently, contributing to customer satisfaction and business growth.

• Key Responsibilities :Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services
• Handle incoming customer queries and provide accurate information
• Maintain records of conversations and update the database accordingly
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved or to confirm appointments/orders
• Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets
