Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calls:

  • Lead Generation:
  • Identifying and qualifying potential customers through phone conversations. 
  • Customer Support:
  • Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products or services. 
  • Sales:
  • Persuading customers to make purchases, schedule appointments, or take other desired actions. 
  • Relationship Building:
  • Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers through effective communication. 
  • Maintaining Records:
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions and updating information in databases. 
  • Following Scripts:
  • Adhering to established communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and compliance. 
  • Achieving Targets:
  • Meeting daily/weekly/monthly call targets and contributing to overall sales or engagement goals. 
  • Staying Informed:
  • Keeping up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies. 
  • Handling Objections:
  • Effectively addressing customer concerns and objections to close sales or resolve issues. 
  • Providing Feedback:
  • Gathering customer feedback and sharing it with the sales or support team to improve services.
