Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls:
- Making calls to potential customers to introduce products/services, explain their benefits, and generate interest.
- Lead Generation:
- Identifying and qualifying potential customers through phone conversations.
- Customer Support:
- Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products or services.
- Sales:
- Persuading customers to make purchases, schedule appointments, or take other desired actions.
- Relationship Building:
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
- Maintaining Records:
- Accurately documenting customer interactions and updating information in databases.
- Following Scripts:
- Adhering to established communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and compliance.
- Achieving Targets:
- Meeting daily/weekly/monthly call targets and contributing to overall sales or engagement goals.
- Staying Informed:
- Keeping up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies.
- Handling Objections:
- Effectively addressing customer concerns and objections to close sales or resolve issues.
- Providing Feedback:
- Gathering customer feedback and sharing it with the sales or support team to improve services.
