Job Description

You should have excellent communication skills in English along with Hindi/One Regional Language (Only for South centres), and knowledge of any other language would be an added advantage. Your convincing skills should be strong and you should be able to engage in effective communication and build conversations easily. It's important to have a good emotional connect and understanding of basic numbers. For experienced candidates, an understanding of Banking Basics or any product basics is required. Non-Banking experienced candidates should showcase relevance to the current process during the interview. You should have a strong orientation towards the job, ambition, and career growth, and be ready to work in a Sales environment. The ideal qualification for this role is a Graduate or Postgraduate degree from a recognized institution with 1-2 years of relevant experience in the BFSI sector. Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also encouraged to apply. As a Digital Relationship Manager, you will be expected to have good communication skills in English and the local language, excellent lead generation and conversion skills, and the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. Being able to work effectively as part of a team is crucial for success in this role. Ideal candidates will have 2 or more years of relevant experience in BPO sales, lead generation, or BPO customer service. Being located near the office or having your own vehicle for commuting is preferred. Previous experience in Banking and Financial Services as well as outbound telecalling is an added advantage.,
