Job Description
You are currently hiring for the role of BPO Customer Support Executive for an international chat process in Jaipur. As a candidate, you should be either an Undergraduate or Graduate with excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. The salary offered for this position can go up to 34K CTC. Your main responsibilities in this role will include handling customer complaints, providing suitable solutions and alternatives within specified time limits, and ensuring follow-up to achieve resolution. This opportunity is open to candidates from all over India. The job is full-time, permanent, and suitable for freshers.
