Job Description
You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries through voice calls and emails as part of a blended BPO process. Your primary task will be to deliver timely, accurate, and professional responses to customer queries. It is crucial to build and maintain a positive rapport with customers, ensuring a high standard of service at all times. Collaboration with team members is essential, and you must escalate complex issues where necessary to ensure prompt resolution. Following up on unresolved issues and ensuring effective closure is also part of the role. Maintaining adherence to organizational policies, quality standards, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is a key aspect of this position. You will be expected to consistently achieve performance targets, including quality scores, Turnaround Time (TAT), and customer satisfaction metrics. This position is full-time and open to Fresher and Internship candidates. The benefits include health insurance and Provident Fund.
