We are looking for candidates with 0-2 years of experience, particularly encouraging freshers to apply. Immediate joiners are preferred to join our team working in rotational shifts. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Any educational background such as 10th, 12th, Diploma, or Degree is acceptable as long as you have strong communication abilities. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills are essential, along with the flexibility to work in different shifts. While prior experience in BPO or customer service is advantageous, it is not mandatory. We value individuals with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
