You will be part of a dynamic team as a Customer Support Chat Support Executive for an international process based in Jaipur. As an ideal candidate, you should be either an Undergraduate or Graduate with exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer complaints effectively by providing suitable solutions and alternatives within specified time limits, and ensuring follow-up to guarantee resolution. Your tasks will involve dealing with various customer issues and delivering easily understandable solutions. Candidates from all over India are welcome to apply for this role. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers. In addition to a competitive salary of up to 35K CTC, you will also be entitled to benefits such as health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule will involve night shifts and rotational shifts. The preferred educational qualification is Higher Secondary (12th Pass), and having prior experience of 1 year in total work and customer service is preferred. Proficiency in Hindi is preferred, while fluency in English is required for this role. The work location will be in person at the office in Jaipur.,
