Job Opening: Book Binder (Material Handling & Cutting) Location: Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi Company: Growth India Job Type: Full-Time Salary: 12,000 20,000 per month (based on experience and skill) About the Role Growth India is looking for a skilled and reliable Book Binder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in binding, handling materials, and operating cutting machines. This position is vital to our production team and ensures the quality and timely delivery of printed materials. Key Responsibilities Perform book binding operations (manual and/or machine-based). Handle materials such as paper, covers, boards, glue, and other binding supplies. Operate cutting machines for paper and cardboard with precision. Manage and maintain an inventory of binding materials. Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Follow custom binding instructions as per order requirements. Coordinate with printing and packaging departments for seamless workflow. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in book binding and material handling preferred. Familiarity with cutting tools and binding methods. Good physical health and stamina for manual tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable, punctual, and well-organized. Must be able to commute to Okhla Phase 2 daily.
