HIRING for BMS Supervisors For ICAD, Saudi Arabia Job Title: BMS (Building Management System) Supervisor Location: Saudi Arabia Company: ICAD Job Responsibilities: Oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Building Management Systems (BMS). Ensure the proper functioning of HVAC, lighting, fire alarms, and security systems integrated with BMS. Monitor and analyze system performance, ensuring efficiency and reliability. Lead and supervise a team of technicians for system installation, maintenance, and upgrades. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects. Conduct routine inspections, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance activities. Provide technical support, training, and guidance to the maintenance team. Maintain accurate records of system performance, maintenance logs, and reports. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all BMS operations. Qualifications & Experience: Education: ITI / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree related fields. Age: 23-40. Experience: 5+ years of experience in Relevant Field. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of BMS software Hands-on experience with HVAC, fire alarm, access control, and energy management systems Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Soft Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.
