In this role your responsibilities include: Proactively and consistently striving to identify new candidates and clients, and progressing with identified leads Providing recruitment services to internal clients and liaise with Blue collar Management team Developing a good understanding of client's company, their industry, business, work culture and environments Sourcing candidates for suitable vacancies in-line with company policies and sales procedures Identifying and attracting candidates using all available resources Routinely creating and publishing adverts for all ongoing vacancies Managing the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with candidate and candidate filling processes Tracking and managing sourcing calls to ensure quality, salary benchmarking and market predictability. Routinely updating and managing ATS to enhance candidate experience and process efficiency Skills The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: A cheerful, proactive personality with a knack for prioritizing and delegating tasks Excellent communication and customer service skills Proven work experience as a recruiter with an ability to work with minimal supervision Job Type: Full-time ,
