Job Description

As a Blower Machine Operator, your primary responsibility will be to set up, operate, and adjust blower machinery in order to maintain a smooth production flow. You will be required to monitor the performance of the machinery, conduct quality checks, and ensure that the output meets the specified requirements by making real-time adjustments as necessary. Additionally, you will be expected to perform basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubrication, minor repairs, and troubleshooting equipment issues. Your role will also involve following safety protocols, using personal protective equipment (PPE), and adhering to hygiene standards to maintain a safe working environment. It is crucial that you maintain proper documentation by logging production metrics, downtime, and maintenance activities, and coordinate effectively with supervisors to keep them informed of any relevant information. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund. The job entails working in fixed shifts at the designated work location in person.,
