Sales and Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other healthcare facilities. Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting and selling medical devices, diagnostic tools, and healthcare solutions. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, procurement teams, and decision-makers. Provide product demonstrations, technical presentations, and after-sales support to clients. Technical Expertise: Understand and communicate the technical features and benefits of biomedical equipment to potential clients. Collaborate with the technical team to provide tailored solutions based on client requirements. Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities. Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams to improve offerings. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and client data. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies during sales activities. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field. Proven experience in medical equipment sales or a related field (minimum 2-3 years preferred). Strong technical understanding of biomedical devices and healthcare solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
