Job Description: To review equipment pre-installation prerequisites for the concerned clinical areas in coordination with Project team in finalizing the location of equipment for installation To generate a feasibility report - To assess the utility needs of equipment to the likes to space required, Dimensions of equipment, Size, Shape, weight of an equipment, heat load (AC tonnage), electrical power plan, water and drainage requirements, Dedicated Earthling, Rigging path and Internet connection etc.) Compiling an equipment information including manufacturers installation data and equipment specifications, brochure, catalogue and obtaining other relevant data from equipment vendor before installation To assist the admin dept to liaise with the liasoning officer in order to obtain the licenses to operate the equipment (wherever applicable) ex AERB, PNDT New equipment to be received at the arrival dock, to be checked as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the PO (Main equipment and accessories), collected and transferred to the desired location for initial setup and testing before use. Equipment to be installed under the presence of Company Engineer, Testing of equipment for electrical safety, calibration and operational verification. to commission the equipment in coordination with company engineer. To maintain the necessary records for all the equipment to the likes of Installation report, Warranty card, Service manual and Maintenance schedule.
