Job Description

Key Role & Responsibilities The successful candidate will play a crucial role in translating engineering designs into accurate and detailed BIM models for our projects. Create and maintain 3D models of Electrical, ELV and Control & Instrumentation systems. (Experience in other services such as Mechanical, Wet Services, Fire Services and Medical Gas Services will be advantageous). Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate representation of system components. Implement design changes and updates to BIM models as per project requirements . Coordinate with the project team to ensure BIM models align with project timelines and specifications. Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues with various services (HVAC, Fire, Civil, Wet Services, Structural elements, etc.) Stay updated on industry standards and best practices for BIM modelling in Electrical, ELV and Control & Instrumentation. Attention to detail and the ability to perform and understand multi service co-ordination is critical. Site meetings during construction with engineers and contractors for the updating of designs and models. Innovation for BIM purposes and internal operational developments (indication of innovative ideas that is submitted with CV would be advantageous). Development of BIM families.,
