Job description -BIM Specialist in Civil Structural /Architectural BIM Modelling for specific Structural design discipline. Work under direction of design professional and BIM Manager. Ensure construction documents accuracy based on discipline BIM Modelling. Collaborate and Coordinate with other disciplines design-changes and model challenges. Adhere to BIM Execution Plan and BIM project work flow criteria Experience : 5+ years of experience in BIM, preferably Revit Structural Location : Coimbatore Degree : Diploma in Civil/ B.E/B.Tech Key Responsibilities Modelling of Architecture and RCC structure in Revit Will be responsible for producing high quality Structural BIM 3D models for a wide range of international projects Develop detailed design drawings using Revit and AutoCAD software Draw and detail plans for foundations, buildings and structures based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data Create and maintain details and Revit families Will be required to work with international standards. Shall be able to work efficiently in a collaborative environment. To be ensured all deliverables on time with high quality and less supervision of engineers Prepare detailed drawings of all types of reinforced concrete elements by using Autocad and Revit software. Coordinate and communicate with team members. Interdisciplinary interaction 3D Model preparation by using Tekla, SP3D, and PDMS etc added to be an advantage. Must be able to exercise independent judgment using technical knowledge Strong attention to detail with emphasis on organization Ability to work under deadline pressure Excellent communication skills with team members Structural /Architectural BIM Modelling for specific Structural design discipline.
