Job Description
The responsibilities of this position includes: Produce detailed 3D models, CAD sheets, and PDF drawings from point clouds as required for various MEP projects. Ensure all models and drawings adhere to company drafting standards and project specifications. Take full responsibility for all MEP-related projects, overseeing their progress from inception to completion. Perform QA/QC on BIM models as required to maintain high-quality deliverables. Offer technical assistance and troubleshooting for BIM-related issues as they arise within the office. Attend and, when necessary, lead BIM-related meetings to discuss project updates, challenges, and coordination efforts.
