As a BIM Mechanical Modeler at Buro Happold, you will play a crucial role in the design delivery and integration of projects within the Building Services sector. Your technical expertise and interpersonal skills will be instrumental in ensuring the digital delivery of MEP systems design for various projects. Working collaboratively with a diverse team, you will contribute to the production of multi-disciplinary designs using appropriate modeling and analytical software, thus playing a key role in the design and delivery process. Your responsibilities will include managing the digital delivery of MEP models and task information throughout the project lifecycle, supporting the BIM manager in delivering digital outputs, and ensuring seamless information sharing with other discipline teams. You will be tasked with overseeing the BIM model at a task level, representing Buro Happold in client and design team interactions, fostering strong team relationships, and aiding in the development of a content library for the MEP team. To excel in this role, you should have experience with software such as HAP, IES, Revit, Dialux, Amtech, and BIM platforms. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in residential and commercial projects, particularly in High Rise Buildings in India.
