As our Digital Design Engineer, you will be the architect of our Building Information Models (BIM), creating intelligent 3D models encompassing architectural, joinery, cladding, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and structural elements. These aren't just static models; they are digital twins that will mirror the physical structures we build on-site, becoming the central nervous system of our projects. Your mission will be to: Architect the Digital Future: Develop comprehensive and accurate BIM models across all disciplines, ensuring seamless integration and data richness. Unleash Efficiency: Perform rigorous clash detection to identify and resolve potential issues before they even reach the construction site, saving time, resources, and headaches. Master Time and Space: Implement 4D simulations to visualise construction schedules, optimise workflows, and ensure smooth on-site assembly. Optimize Resources: Leverage 5D simulations to integrate cost data with the BIM model, providing crucial insights for budget control and efficient resource allocation. Empower On-Site Teams: Provide critical digital support and insights to our on-site teams, enabling them to assemble our modular and prefab buildings with unprecedented speed and precision. If you are: A highly motivated engineer with a strong understanding of BIM methodologies and software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, Autocad, Solidworks etc.). Experienced in developing detailed 3D models for architectural, structural, and MEP systems. Proficient in performing clash detection, 4D, and 5D simulations. A problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a passion for optimizing processes. A strong communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively with diverse teams.
