About the Role : Key Responsibilities: Investigate and resolve billing disputes, ensuring accurate resolutions. Process subscription updates, cancellations, and refunds as per company policies. Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Sales, and Tech) to resolve billing-related issues. Monitor automated billing systems and escalate any discrepancies. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Skills & Qualifications: Experience: [1-3] years in billing support, finance, or customer service. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Adaptability: Comfortable working independently during night shifts.,
