As a Billing Specialist at Swadesh Jyoti, your primary responsibilities will include managing invoices, submitting online bills, resolving billing issues, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our billing processes. To excel in this role, you will need proficiency in billing software such as Tally ERP and MS Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data is crucial, along with effective communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams. The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently will be key to success.
