We are looking a Billing Executive for Siliguri location candidate having minimum 3 years experience as a billing executive. Primary Responsibilities: Invoice Preparation and Processing: Generate and issue accurate invoices based on sales/purchase orders or service delivery. Ensure invoices are aligned with company policies and client agreements. Reconcile billing records with accounting and bank statements. Client Communication: Communicate with clients to resolve billing discrepancies or disputes. Record Maintenance: Maintain and update billing records, ledgers, and databases. Keep accurate documentation for audits and financial reporting. Coordination with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales, finance, and customer service departments. Coordinate to resolve any discrepancies between services rendered and invoices raised. Additional Duties: Generate billing reports and summaries for management. Ensure compliance with tax laws (GST, VAT, etc.) and regulatory requirements. Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes. Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, or a related field Required Skills: Attention to detail and high accuracy. Excellent communication (written and verbal) Proficiency in billing/accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel & Google Sheet). Time management and organizational abilities. Basic understanding of accounting principles.
