You will be responsible for collecting all information necessary to calculate bills receivable. This will involve coordinating with the Branch Manager or assigned task person, as well as ensuring proper communication with the Head Office for any queries or expenses. Your role will also include welcoming customers upon their arrival at the supermarket and providing them with information on daily deals and discounts. You will assist customers in locating their desired items or accompany them to the appropriate shelves. It is essential to adhere to supermarket policies while stocking shelves and promptly informing the supervisor of any out-of-stock products. Furthermore, you will be expected to address customer inquiries regarding products and deliveries, guide them throughout the shopping process, and demonstrate supermarket items to promote sales.
