Key Responsibilities: We are looking for a reliable Billing & Dispatch Executive to handle invoicing and coordinate product dispatch for our interior hardware shop. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate billing, timely deliveries, and smooth coordination between sales and logistics. Generate invoices and process customer bills Maintain accurate records of sales and dispatch transactions Coordinate with the warehouse team for order dispatch Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products Handle customer inquiries related to billing and dispatch Update inventory records and assist in stock management Requirements: Experience in billing, dispatch, or a similar role Knowledge of invoicing software (e.g., Tally, Excel) Good organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Why Join Us To be a part of a creative and dynamic team.
