Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the channel ecosystem to expand market reach. Support and guide partners in developing sales plans and programs that drive mutual success. Proactively engage with partners to resolve issues, provide product knowledge, and enhance their selling capabilities. Assist in the development of sales and marketing materials to help partners succeed. Analyze channel performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Ensure partners are aligned with company values, strategies, and objectives for a seamless customer experience. Ideal Candidate Profile Proven experience in channel management, sales, or business development. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with both internal teams and external partners. Demonstrated ability to proactively identify opportunities and drive results through indirect channels. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of channel sales best practices.
