Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bidding Sales Manager to join our team. The Bidding Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in securing new business opportunities through the preparation and submission of competitive bids and proposals. This individual will work closely with the sales and design teams to develop compelling proposals that showcase our expertise and capabilities while meeting the unique needs of each client. Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted bidding processes. Collaborate with the sales and design teams to understand client requirements and develop tailored proposals. Research and analyze bid opportunities to determine feasibility and alignment with company capabilities. Prepare comprehensive bid documents, including cost estimates, project timelines, and technical specifications. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure accurate proposal submissions. Present proposals to clients and address any questions or concerns to secure project contracts. Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and industry partners to foster repeat business and referrals. Track and report on bidding activity, including win/loss analysis and performance metrics. Continuously seek opportunities to streamline and improve the bidding process for increased efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in bidding sales or business development within the interior design or construction industry. Strong understanding of bid processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and ITBs. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building successful client relationships. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and bid management software (e.g., Procore, iSqFt). Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and project site visits.
