Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated, committed and articulate bid support to join Team1 Consulting. The candidate will be responsible for managing the bid support process end to end, understanding the client’s requirement and developing relationships thereby ensuring a clear win strategy for each bid.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the end – end Bid process.
- Searching for tenders as per eligibility, participating and final submission.
- Coordinate & plan all client presentations required as a part of the Bid submission.
- Work with Sales Lead to develop a clear win strategy for each Bid.
- Understand and resolve complex technical and business-related issues.
- Prepare and review the commercial aspects of the Bid.
- Ensure timelines are achieved at each step of the Bid process including all internal governance.
- Working with key members of the project team and the client organisation to obtain the information required to compile the bid.
- Responding to clients’ and other stakeholders’ queries before, during and after the bid has been submitted.

Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
- Quick problem solving and decision making.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize and multi task in a high-functioning environment.
- Should have 1-3 years of experience.
