Location- Noida (WFO)
Budget- upto 4 LPA
Notice period- Immediate-30 days (max)
Eductaion Qualification- B.com/M.com
Experience-  3-4 years
Interview process- F2F round of Interview 
Skills required- Finance background, Bidding, communication skills, stakeholder management, Microsoft office.

Job Responsibilities:
Managing the end – end Bid process.Searching for tenders as per eligibility, participating and final submission.Coordinate & plan all client presentations required as a part of the Bid submission.Work with Sales Lead to develop a clear win strategy for each Bid.Understand and resolve complex technical and business related issues.Prepare and review the commercial aspects of the Bid.Ensure timelines are achieved at each step of the Bid process including all internalgovernance.Working with key members of the project team and the client organisation to obtain theinformation required to compile the bid.Responding to clients’ and other stakeholders’ queries before, during and after the bid has
been submitted.

Skills Required:
1. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
3. Quick problem solving and decision making.
4. Ability to manage time, prioritize and multi task in a high-functioning environment.
