Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Federal Market Capture and Bid/No Bid Analyst. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough research and analysis to support our business development efforts within the federal market in the United States. Your responsibilities will include conducting research to identify potential federal contract opportunities, analyzing market trends, federal agency requirements, and competition. You will assist in the development of capture plans for targeted opportunities and collaborate with the capture team to gather and analyze information required for successful proposals. Evaluating Request for Proposal (RFP) documents to determine suitability for bid, preparing bid/no bid recommendations based on analysis, and analyzing competitors to provide insights to inform our positioning and pricing strategies will be part of your role. You will also maintain a competitive intelligence database, accurate and organized records of market research and analysis, and prepare and present reports to internal stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in any technical domain or equivalent experience. Freshers with a B.Tech or B.E. degree are also welcome. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong research and data analysis abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel), and eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges are essential qualifications. This is a remote role with 5 days working and US shift timings (5:00 PM - 2:00 AM IST) that offer flexible hours. The package for this position is up to 3 LPA. Stay current with federal procurement regulations and industry best practices, and participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills.,
