Location: Pune Employment Type: full-time Designation: BI Reports Developer III Job Details Summary The Business Intelligence Report Developer is responsible for analyzing data, designing and publishing business intelligence reports, templates and dashboards using the company suite of Business Intelligence Tools. Experience and Core Skills 5 to 7 years of experience will be suitable. Tableau & Looker primarily with MSSQL/Big Query (Good to have)/SSRS. Good experience in agile environment. Partner with stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop tools and models such as segmentation, dashboards, data visualizations, decision aids and business case analysis to support the organization Use business intelligence, data visualization, query, analytic and statistical software to build solutions, perform analysis and interpret data Build and manage Tableau Desktop and SSRS and other BI tools based standard reporting templates and dashboards for internal and external use as needed to assist the team Handle ad-hoc requests to create specialized reports based on client specific requirements Understand data requirements and develop dashboards, data visualizations, decision aids and business case analysis to support the organization Build and manage Tableau Desktop and SSRS and other BI tools based standard reporting templates and dashboards for internal and external use Access and analyze current warehouse and reporting environments and make suggestions for enhancements and improvements Handle questions from other teams regarding existing and potential reports Identify missing elements for reporting and help address reporting gaps Review reports and content for accuracy Assist with cross functional training on the use of BI Tools and use of data Participate in development and implementation of processes to improve the management and utilization of reports Provide support for end users to navigate through the reporting applications to promote self-service reporting Creates and maintains documentation, policies and procedures for the BI reporting Team Evaluates current BI tools in the market to ensure that the team stays on top of market trends Test templates before publishing for enterprise use Lead and mentor staff to improve skillset and career potential,
